Our Flagship Initiative
Founded and personally supported by freshie™ founder Nelly Reyes, Mujeres Realizadas is a women’s empowerment center in Cabrera, Dominican Republic, launched in 2022 with a bold vision: to transform lives from the inside out.
Rooted in faith and fueled by purpose, the center equips local women with mindset development, financial stewardship training, and the tools to launch microbusinesses — empowering them to break cycles of poverty and step into their God-given potential.
🎓 Over 100 Women Graduated
To date, more than 100 women have completed faith-based self-development and economic empowerment courses through Mujeres Realizadas — each one walking away with renewed confidence, practical skills, and a community of sisters cheering them on.

Dear Sister CLT is an annual celebratory brunch created for women who seek to inspire, empower, share resources, and grow together in entrepreneurship, fitness, finance, beauty, purpose, and family. freshie™ contributed products for attendees’ swag bags and raffle in 2019.
In 2017, freshie™ contributed ‘freshie-start’ packages — products and an inspirational note from our Founder — to women arriving at the Center for Hope and Safety, as well as gift cards to survivors transitioning out of the shelter into a new life free of violence.
